what ever hapind to great adventures like this today people are really missing out on this stuff.some times its not the end of the journey but the stuff we face on the way thats the real reward
@saur2244 Ah, no worries, we're still out there.......I'm an amateur treasure hunter, while the stories that I follow are nowhere epic as this and I haven't found anything but more clues(lol, for real), they're still fascinating and intriguing. Treasure hunters are limited these days by funds, and by unjust laws that impede something that kids and certain adults, dream about all over the world.
@saur2244 You probably have no idea just how much treasure is buried out there.......hundreds of billions worth of it, if not more........it's unimaginable. But, it's out there only for those who are daring enough to pursue it. What I love about this movie, is Benjamin Gates' character, and how believable he is, how much I can relate to him and his ideas, though in the real world, the money aspect does play a big role, but not the main role.
yeah because if there's ever a cave in all they have to do is find that piece and put it into that and put the stick in and twist it and then run through the treasure room. sure, "simple."
yeah because if there's ever a cave in all they have to do is find that piece and put it into that and put the stick in and twist it and then run through the treasure room. sure, "simple."
The big blue - green man is a pharoah that was being identified as Nun to show his position at the top or as the head. From the middle kingdom onward Nun was called The Father of the gods
old stone can crack after a while, things could have fallen in the oil and splashed it, and if there had been even the tiniest earthquake, they'd all be screwed.
if any of the fuel had spilled from that stone channel in the last 200 years, he could have sent himself, his buddies, and all ten billion dollars of history up in flames. i'm not really one for lighting giant bonfires you can't see.
4:00 Ben, if you do not know where the treasure is, then you keep looking. You've made it so far and so close, nothing will change. You seen how your dad reacted, have friends to help you, and theres nothing thats going to stop you. Your chances of finding it is unlimited. Remember Ben, your a Knight.
Can someone please tell me wat the ring that the detective dude was wearing at 9:46 meant. The ring had the symbol of the freemasons as i believe was the same one on the brick where Ben found the glasses. Does it mean that he was part of the freemasons? Someone please tell me!!!
@Something761 It is a masonic ring. It means that, whether he knows it or not, he has entered one of the thousands of organizations led by devil worshippers. Our guide has told, to us, not to follow the ways, of the Egyptians. Curses fall on those who have done so, also on their families. I was born into such a cursed family. I follow the ways of my Bible-obeyin ancestors of hundreds years ago. SPURN THE MUSE!!
My little sister made me watch this movie, she kept telling me I reminded her of Riley. But when the woman mentioned "the scrolls from the library at Alexandrea"...My heart dropped, I got the chills, tears welled up in my eyes...All I said was...Oh! GEEZUS! The library of Alexandrea had the only remaining copy of "The true history of the world over the last 100,000 years" from Atlantis.I had a dream of getting stabbed in the lower right abdomen while soldiers burned the wooden stack of books.
@WoodBClayMaster i actually dont like history, but i love this film :), and yeah too bad its fiction, i love the fire bit wen it lights up the room and shows all the treasure :D. im looking forward to the 3rd one, i love the 2nd one too.
beginning at 7:29, the most incredible music in the entire film starts and it is not on the soundtrack. Is there anywhere where I can get it? Or is there someone who can record it off of the movie and send it to me? It's from 7:29 to 8:37.
I honestly believe we can learn the Neo Con agenda from movies incripted in the symbols and the phases of the characters and basically almost predict the future.Look at movies five or six years ago and see of they do not reflect the presant time.
In 8:55, one of the agent dudes goes into one of the pews. Later you see a different agent escorting riley, abigail, and patrick in the same pew. Am I missing anything?
I can't believe Ian bought that...I mean every kid raised in the States knows the "One if by land, two if by sea" story and how the Brits came by sea.
right at 8:46 it reminds me of Newman from Sienfeld

Sandusky and Gates are in error at the 10:00 mark.
The Founding Fathers didn't trust in democracy, that's why they created a republic.
Their solution to kings was to create a nation ruled by law, not people... the Constitution.
With our modern, growing oligarchy, we'd do well to remember that.
