@darkanima20 Why? At the time Doku beat him, Ryu was coming back from training. During his convalescence, he trained and got better. Through the journey, he learned more about demons and became stronger. The True Dragon Sword made him stronger and faster but Ryu grew during the journey for revenge. At the time he beat Spirit Doku, he didn't have the True Dragon Sword so that meant the Ryu then was more powerful then Doku.
@darkanima20 Ryu is a master of all weapons it seems and Ryu did have the Dragon Sword when he lost against Doku.You might be getting confused with the True Dragon Sword which you were only able to get after beating Doku TWICE so yeah his skill and stats are what improved not the sword itself.

@darkanima20 judging by kasumi being trained in the same family as hayate and that hayate can kill anyone trying to SHOOT at him, yuna shouldnt be able to be given the chance to draw her guns, and seeing that only mere kasumi clones were able to take bahamut with ease as well as the other summons, but lets ignore the rest of those, i'll give you a break, bahamut easy fail should be evidence enough. (and if you played ninja gaiden, or seen any of hayate's cutscenes, you should know)

The only reason i was pissed with DF3 was becuz it didnt make sense. Tifa was so kick ass in the first 2 then suddenly gets powned in the 3rd for handicapping her opponent. Its like Ryu loosing against Vincent. Feels like bs! im sorry! The only reason i was pissed with DF3 was becuz it didnt make sense. Tifa was so kick ass in the first 2 then suddenly gets powned in the 3rd for handicapping her opponent. Its like Ryu loosing against Vincent. Feels like bs! im sorry! Then Yuna's aeons get powned n hardly lands a scratch on the clones, then to top it off we get to watch tifa loose again and seriously injured. Df1,3,4, and 5 were all final fantasy losses. Final Fantasy and dead or alive are from 2 completly different universes that aren't even comparable. So guys, don't be such fanboys. Dead or Alive and Final Fantasy are great franchises. The characters in Dead Fantasy are all strong (albeit I support Dead or Alive because they seem to be the underdogs amongst the fans)
