Geez, that's a lot of talents. The only talent I have is to write a 15 page paper in 2 days and get a screaming A on it. Well done! And I don't think the egg thing is gross - I put raw egg in lots of things. Just have to be sure the eggs are fresh so's not to get sick. :-)

salmonella is actually on the shell, not in the egg. It is from coming in contact with the feces of the bird. So as long as you are careful and wash the eggs and be sure to keep the shells out, you will be fine :)
