I look at it this way. Anyone in the entertainment business got in it because they want people to see what they do or hear what they do and that means they expect fame and want fans. That said if you are not going to take the responsibility that goes with it and give them a little extra time with some planned meet and greets or autograph signings then you are not worthy of your fans. True fans will respect your request for privacy and stay in the boundries the artist sets, the rest don't matter

Radiohead is not worth listening to in my opinion. Miley does not think she is entitled to anything, she based her expectations of getting to meet Radiohead on how she behaves with her fans, who btw ARE the reason she is where she is so she treates them accordingly. That is how she expected Radiohead to treat their fans. What it would have cost them a whole 2 minutes to walk down 4 doors back stage and say hello, nice to meet you and then leave? Or the same to allow her to come to them?
