I have absolutely no idea how to use Tweet Deck since Twitter bought it - there appear to be no buttons in the application to change anything and nothing onTwitter itself to make it work. Why do they make this stuff so unintuitive?

im going to try this but all i want to know is how to add a tweet to someones twitter account. I do not see any place to add a tweet into their twitter feed
@appleAddict240872 In settings there is a a "Twitter Updates" tab where you can specify how many API calls TweetDeck makes per hour. The max is 200. If you have many streams open this number will deplete faster.
what version of tweetdeck were you using for this tutorial? I have version v0.34.3 and I'm not seeing some of the buttons you show in the top left corner. Just downloaded tweetdeck to my computer about 2 weeks ago. how do I find those applications?
Thanks for the positive feedback! I just downloaded the TweetDeck iPhone app and it works great. The only feature I wish it had is the ability to delete direct messages.

so tweeting and stus updates and all this stuff is just messaging eachother.
and tweetdeck brings together various platforms for messaging and organises it the way you wat.
its like the net has gone a very roundabout complex way of ariving back at IRC.. lol is this correct?
