I got it from a TV documentary. It was about the accident during the filming of "cyborg", where Van Damme injured the eye of someone badly. It went to court and the guy from the above clip was also there and and claimed to be hit several times by Van Damme during the filming of this scene. That's sad, but I'm a huge martial arts movie fan, and no retreat, no surrender is one of my favorites.
