The trainers taught me how to do a misty, of which i learned on the trampoline (not a board), and in their instruction they explicitly said that a misty and a rodeo rotation have no flips/ inverted rotations.

A misty has no inverted rotation. And its really hard, if possible at all, for a snowboarder to do, since you have to initiate it going forwards, not sideways.
Im not 100% positive, but i dont think the inverted rotation counts in the spin. But like i said early, im not saying it wasn't tight, cause its a SICK trick. Just be careful about calling it a misty, since it cant be one.

A misty isn't a flip. There isn't any flip rotation in it, just a side flip with a bottom rotation. Tight trick though
