listen dude, it may sound harsh but from youtube vid you're never gonna learn it! it comes with practice... and don't worry about falling 'cause that whill happen! Good luck!

rent/download/buy the earthed dvd's (there's 5 at the moment). they won't show you how exactly to do tricks and jumps, but you get to see pros doing it, so you can just slow the dvd right down and replay it over and over to see how they do it. also try "the essential techniques" by mountain biking uk, the dvd actually teaches you how to do 360's, endos, ride berms and heaps of jumping and street freeride tricks. i hope this helps :)
