  • SO FUCKING UNDERRATED!!!

  • Damn I miss the 90's, such good memories, and personally my life was so much better.

  • @turbotrauma fully agreed, i could become good friends with anyone from the 90s and has this type of taste in music, live on my friend, live on like its still the 90s

  • SCREAMING PLEASE COME BACK!!!

  • Comment removed

  • NOT MARK LANEGAN,HE SHOULD BE CALLED MARK LEGEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I love seeing the imagery of Washington in this vid, makes me proud

  • PACIFIC NORTHWEST!

  • 10 points for us gingers.

  • "Singles" was a shite film. The only part of it that was good was the minute or so in which AIC were playing "Again" live.

  • @harshlight7

    Shit film, I agree

''it ain't like that'' and ''would'' were the best scenes in it

  • they are so unheard of, only 189,500 cant believe it !!

  • Van from Screaming Trees here. - go to strange earth records website to see what we are all up to now.

  • @VANVALIS Going to see Mark play in Dublin in March, really hyped about it. Been into you lot since the early days.; Keep it up ;)

  • @VANVALIS lol.. STFU site looks like horse shit

  • too grunge :B

  • fatass fell....lol

  • back when it was about music and not looks, much like the rock of the '70s

  • @GrumpyOldAssFart

also, this "grunge" and "alternative" label was just to go against those shitty girly, glam rocker guys with blah lyrics. they wore their hair and makeup like their fan girls.

I love the '90s and 2000s and '70s rock. that's when men were men and looked like men and made a good tune.

  • jim morrison, tom waits, jim morrison

  • great song, shame i have to look at that talentless bitch rihanna while i watch the video

  • @halflifeepisode34980 watch it full screen mode

  • @halflifeepisode34980 in a more recent case it is Britney Spears..

i dreamed she was married to Kurt Cobain

  • Sounds like Jim Morrison vocals right before he shreds his voice after many takes of LA Woman.

  • @1Sifting the bassist and the guitarist are both fat but like you said, its grunge so who cares?

  • @TheDeafElf would explain the fat heavy sound

  • The 4 peple who disliked this are cunts

  • man the bassist is fat. But who cares? It grunge.

  • @1Sifting Hence the band name. XD

Nonetheless, they wrote great tunes and had killer rock tones!

  • @1Sifting

more music should be about the sound of it and not the looks of the artist.

the '90s for a lot of music genres was awesome

  • check out the doors and this guy looks like the lead singer jim morrison its kinda weird because in some songs they sound the same well only a litte bit4eee

  • @jbvistvchannels Lol did you seriously tell people to "check out" The Doors? Cmoon man.

    On a side note

I just discovered this great new band. You should check them out. Theyre called The Beatles

    :D

  • These guys had style.

  • Love the trip back!!!

  • lead singer looksw like the one in Lynyrd

  • Freakin 90s man!! Gotta love grunge <33

  • this song is a whole generation...

  • i don't think any screaming trees fan want to listen jennifer lopez & mick jagger

  • Ahh 1992 I do remember this song and it is good...too bad I was a senior at Auburn U. and had been following The Grateful Dead since 1989 when I could.........HAAAAAA

  • I watched this because NCS watched this.

I now love more than the grunge in the 90's!

  • @MikeWJones1497 Lol me too. I actually like this band now. They sound a little like old-style Radiohead, which is awesome.

  • look at that hair

  • I was a senior in 1993, doesn't feel like that long ago, the Singles CD never came out of my CD player, it was actually a cassette with a wire hooked up to my Sony CD Walkman.....that was the 1st time i heard of the Screaming Trees.

  • this is the first time that i listen this band...and i love it

  • I need to find a way to get ahold of this band. I mean like, actually talk to them, I live near ellensburg too, (Their hometown) haha. If anyone knows of a way I can, send me a message!

  • @questionnoanswer they broke up like... 11 years ago. you could always try and see valis live and try to get to talk to the band or get backstage lanegan tickets but.... good luck.

  • Holy shit. Screaming Trees, huh? Ive been missing out

  • yeah he looks BETTER than Jim Morrison

  • holy shit... i've climbed that water tower

  • i do miss the days when music was real. artists had talent, knew how to play instuments & actually wrote songs. not the crap we have stuffed down our throats today, all the talentless "artists" of today with their crappy computer created songs.

  • i miss the 90s.

  • Grunge is just hard rock with franel shirts.

  • is it just me or does the singer look like jim morrison.?

  • the 90's ROCK. \,,/(*_*)\,,/, \m/

  • White afro (Y)

  • Would kill to be 18 in the 90's:)

  • @adrian93bc I second that!!

  • grunge rock is the best ever!

  • love this guys

  • damn how I love this song..... grunge for life baby!

  • barrett martin is so sick on the kit. And yeah, of course, lanegan is raw as fuck.

  • only 100 thousands views? WTF ?

  • @guerreiro943 I could not AGREE more.ROCK ON!!!!!!!

  • Grunge Rocks !

  • @oriyehuda1 fuck yeah.

  • this group is brilliant just like led zeppelin.

  • I was listening to slash's R'n'Fn'R and could work out what was wrong with it, listened to this and thought "drums....Drums? DRUMS!"

Can't beat Grunge bands for drums.

  • Respect everyone's opinion but as two people did not liked this music? It Best represents what is GRUNGE!!!

  • Used to watch these guys in Bellingham, WA at a little bar...lol

  • So freaking good!

  • they are good but no nirvana

  • @iQuationz: Nirvana is great but they wish they had the depth that the Trees did. But Kurt and Mark loved eachother and played together so dont start comparisons

  • * takes a stage dive *

  • I'm 55 years old and this song holds up to anything from the 60's or early 70's. just an awesome groove.

  • Great!

  • sounds like everclear. Really good :)

  • @BudJones420 Everclear sounds like Screaming Trees ;)

  • @dvt1393 only not at all

  • Enjoy the roots of Grunge , :)

  • best song by these guys in my opinion.

  • Love Screaming Trees

  • Quite possibly the best lead fill guitar ever recorded. So minimal it does not hit you until it's over.

  • I really love the drummers cymbal work there the last minute or so awesome and brilliant Maybe he nearly lost it there............

  • This really knokcs some dust loose upstairs if you feel me. I SOOOO remember smokin my green with this song on the radio on my way to and from high school in the mid late 90's.... Growing up or well, getting old really blows... To all you youngsters hearing this "STAY-YOUNG".... Enjoy it @ least.... PLZ never wish it away... Being grown aint for any of us.....

  • @jakeluvsmel good sir. what a guy

  • How weird is it that 20 or so years ago SONY thats right SONY were actually signing bands like this that could produce music that had a purpose rather than crapy solo artists of the modern era crying over their clothes being the wrong shade of blue.

  • @TarranWebster Different times man, but I feel ya.

  • @TarranWebster that was 20 yeards ago? remember like yesterday going totaly emo on this LP in my walkam in bed.

  • WTF is that no one can play like that except americans.?and Iv been looking, yes I was..

  • @TarranWebster I agree, turn on the radio today all it is is women singing about ex-boyfriends and guys singing about champagne.

  • @FrostyNarwhal I wouldn't even consider it "singing."

  • @TarranWebster ... and not being able to sing live, compose and put blood in music. Lot´s of mkt share.... bad quality music, less interested fans.... imediate profit instead of long time all winners.

  • @TarranWebster Because you were born "asshole" way to fuck it up for the rest of us.

  • Spectacular, the screaming trees are seriously the greatest band no one has ever heard of...

  • The Screaming Trees kick so much and so underrated its a Crying shame! May they rock on forever!

  • The band of 90 musicians who were not worry about the music and tried to take the clip according to the song, only with some images of the show up against the other videos movie now not worry more to win the mtv awards,

  • @wxbeavis WTF?

  • grande banda!

  • great song by a underrated band. these guys shoulda kept on rocking

  • God how much do i love this band and song.........

  • Min 0:36 Alice an Chains Singles Album Poster????

  • @666USA Singles movie poster its not Alice in Chains its Matt Dillon in his horrid WIg LOL!

  • @TakeMeBackTo1986 YES CONFIRMED! You can find this poster also in Alice and Chains Would video at the end and probably the same guy posting this advertising... coincidence??? someone?

  • @666USA its because it was an in-video promotion for all bands that are on "THE SINGLES" Movie soundtrack! That is the connection! I hope this helps! :) I grew up in that era as a 21 or 22yr old Grunge rock Kurt Cobain lookalike :P

  • @TakeMeBackTo1986 yes that is enough for me thanks that is the connection...

  • There is no single word to describe the awesomeness of this track.

  • yeah, a taylor swift advertisement for eyeliner before the video plays...I think that was meant for a Crue video, not this one! lol :oP

  • @MysticalMaggie121 all i said was that the screaming trees deserve more views and i compared it to another well known artist so u should stfu there was no reason for even commenting to me what u think

  • mark lanegan looks so freakin young here. wow!!!

  • Man, this was back when teenagers still had good taste in stuff! I mean, if you look back in time, '40s teens knew what was going on. '50s teens were hip to the good stuff. '60s teens were rockin' the world. '70s teens were happening. '80s teens were superfly. The '90s teens of the grunge/alternative era were the last generation of teens to be in on the cool stuff. Ever since that godawful assembly line teenpop craze of the late '90s? Teen years = instant suck.

  • @ladyi7609 I agree and disagree. I know that it seems like most teenagers are interested in sucky ass, manufactured teen pop, but that isn't the case. I am 18-years-old, and neither myself, nor any of my friends, listen to any of that shit. We listen to good music from the past, as well as good music from today. It's out there, but you just have to look for it. But don't lump my entire generation together. We aren't entirely fuckin' morons, and a lot of us still have good taste!

  • kesha is absolutely a bag of wank

  • Listen this everyday

  • RRRRROOOOOOOCCCCCCKKKKKK OOONNN!!!!

  • vevo is what the seattle movement is totally against

  • New/old Trees album out in August!! Yessssssss!

  • What to modern/current trees fans think of Mark Lanegan's recent blues work or his folky stuff with isobel campbell?

  • love the scene when gary lee throws himself to the ground!fuckin awesome!

  • the screaming trees last album is finally being released and i cant wait

  • My band is playing this song.. so sick.. so bad ass.. so killer.

  • What happened to these guys?!

  • @MysticalMaggie121 Except music back then was actually good and not marginally decent

  • @MysticalMaggie121 But think about it. Kids in the future that like the songs from today will have horrible taste. :p Just saying.

  • wow, a great old song, brings me back to high school.

  • does anyone else think the singer looks kinda like jim morrison in this?

  • @ternalator

Why did you call Mark Lanegan "the singer"? Hahaha
