Also, Riku is easy really, all about strategy. If you don't attack him when he's in a defensive stance, you should be okay as long as you apply this strategy:

1. You combo him until you've hit him 4 times.

2. Once you hit him 4 times, he will fall down, to kick up, hurting you. That's why, when you've hit him 4 times, and he falls down, you run to one of his sides. and not directly, but at a distance.

3. Keep applying = Easy Win.

If you wanna beat Leon easily, In Traverse Town, i recommend levelling using Wakka. Hitting his ball, when it comes at you, gives you 1 exp each time, unless he does that special fast ball, with which he jumps, that gives 2.

I always pick shield in both games, i find it makes the easiest playthrough and it makes boss fights longer and more epic.

dude...sword is the best option because by doing these lil matches. you realise how important tactics is when you fight the big secret bosses. its not about bashing the attack command over and over. its about keeping an eye on what ur enemies are doing and deciding whether to run, heal or fight up close, from a distance or even let donald and goofy have a bash. and wen u do attack you save urself a tediously long battle.

@TY00702 i actually lvl grinded to lvl 3 via these guys and riku. because i'm just that awesome. its just one of those really fun challenges in the game that you just have to try and finish. master the basics (without all the fancy attacks and skills) and u can fall back on those wen ur trumps are out.

nah there all really easy once you see through there techniques Riku's normal

wakka- hit the ball back to him then hit him three times repeat

selphie- when she says "Are you ready" and spins the rope you hit it have good timing and then she'll be dizzy. Hit her then

Tidus- basically since you don't have guard attack when he does then continue to a combo.

Riku- attack normally until he goes to his mooning state then get out of the way or get really close he can't hit you and repeat.
