There's a lot of hair system salons in FL where people pay thousands of dollars for hair.. You sure that hair is going to "Locks of Love"?. I would not trust it unless i saw it for myself.. In India, women are shaving their heads and giving their hair to what they believe to be the GOds, meanwhile they are shipping it to the US and getting good money for it..

Yay For donating to Locks of Love!!! I was a child with cancer and I remember wearing a dress in a grocery store and I kid asking her mom "Why is that boy wearing a dress" the mother just told the kid "because some people don't know how to dress their kids". I cried for a long time. Locks of Love is a great program!!! I highly recommend donating to it if you want to cut your long hair, I've done it twice so far! Make sure you do not dye your hair if you are growing it out to donate! : )

You dont donate hair so they can get free wigs. Its so there isnt a short supply of human hair wigs b/c most people dont think of dontating when they get it cut. So they created locks of love. I knew a girl who did this only there was all these very specific things she had to do.. a certian number of braids and they were cut a certian way, close to her scalp. I think anyone who does this has a special spirit. I realize that its "only" hair but it is a selfless act and inspiring. I think you look beautiful with the short hair.
