  • OI, stick to the subject matter and get rid of that HORRIBLE music! (minute 1)

wtf? all those ingredients? sheeeeeeeeeesh sounds complicated (2nd minute)

  • Omg i just tired this today and my family loveddd it and were all surprised i could even cook :P Thank you soooooo much! so so so amazing

  • just wundring r u married.............

  • I find as a chef that sometimes if you had the dry spices first they can sometimes burn and get bitter also raw chicken breast going in after the tomatoes drys them out chicken thighs are a nicer alternative very nice curry though

  • There is a lot of "going ahead" in this clip.

  • Gonna try this tonight.... oh man... Lets hope it turns out good. Thanks for the video upload.

  • I think you are very nice lady.

  • I didn't think U R fatty or somethin, I think U are sweet

  • u cooked niced but ur utensils is noisy..!!!!

  • wow your absoluetely goergous.

  • i think lady you need to learn how to cook you are just a biggener

  • I eat this ALL THE time! I pull it out of my computer and start chewing away!

  • COCK EYED..............HA HA HA HA LOL

  • Cooking part (contued)..

On Med heat, add onion, green chiilies, & cook for 3 mins. Add crushed black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic pdr, coriender pdr, tumeric pdr, salt, & curry paste. Cook. Add tomatoes. Stir, add 2 oz of water.

  • 4 Tbs oil, 1tsp salt. 1tsp garlic pdr, 1/2 Tbs crushed black pepper pdr, 1/2 Tbs of Red pepper, crushed (not chiili powder), 1Tbs coriender, 1Tbs tumeric, 1Tbs of curry paste (mixture of cumin and cilantro (coriender). She did not mention coriender pdr here. 3 Chicken breast (cut.). 1 Med chopped Onion, 1 jalapeno/Serrano pepper/chilli (chopped), 4 tomatoes (cut). Cooking part ..contiued.

  • Continued. Correction: Not crushed black pepper and crushed red pepper.

She meant crushed red pepper and red chilli powder.

  • Hey buddy, GG on loosing the weight and the recipe looks good.

One thing though, I am very concious about eating right, and coming from Indian origins myself, I know how filling Indian foods can be.

One tip : 4 spoons of oil = 480 calories. You can drop that to 1 spoon if you use a non stick chef's pan and cook over a lower heat and cover the food.

  • that looks nice u made me hungry

  • also , if you want to make it like in indian restaurants , you need to add cream in the receipe after the tomatoes are dissolved , they add cream :) but ill give you my lil secret to make it a lil more non-fat. use yoghurt. or if you like it , try out coconut milk ;-) enjoy. and nice video , keep it up :D

  • try not using sliced up green chillies. The skin won't melt in the receipe and will have an itchy feeling in the mouth when you bite in it. What you can do to avoid that is , after ading the water/chicken broth (depending on receipe) , make 2 holes in each chili and add them WHOLE in the pan. Let it boil with the curry. itll taste the same , and no more itchy pieces. also I notice you add water to your curry. try using chicken broth next time.also try dissolving more those tomatoes ^^ thumbs up

  • I'm gonna *go ahead* and try that out tomorrow!

  • Thank you so much for this recipe! Even my husband who is hesitant to curry loved it. It was delicious!

  • nice video ....

  • U look great! Thank you for the recipe! :)

  • Pineapple actually tastes good in curry too.

  • It's healthier to use a wooden spoon. Your scraping any nickel or aluminum which is toxic.

  • Great directions! This looks yummy!

  • I think you look GREAT! thanks for the recipe

  • I'm gonna go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and go ahead and then I'm gonna go ahead some more.....

  • hey u got an accent of an american i love it,,,

  • Thank you. I like how you did step by step. Thanks.

  • where's your respect.

  • My dad learned to cook from the crew of an India-based British ship- the Mahout.

We fell in love with it (in the 60's). The spice mix included what you have, but not the cilantro. It had cumin, coriander, cardamon, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, clove, fenugreek, and other spices.

One of the main condiments was mango chutney, which is a spicy/sweet 'jam?' that we put on top before eating.

I still make it to this day, and it is a crowd-pleaser if I don't make it too hot, and I like it HOT.

  • Hi Cindy I cooked this recipe today and everyone ate it so I guess I got to do more. Am the only onle one dieting at home, but everyone loved it, thanks!!!

Hey I wanted to ask you if you can write on the side the name of the spices cause am sure some other people here don't know them and their names may not be familiar.... thanks I loved it.....

  • I've made this recipe 2x in one week already. It works beautifully for me. Thank you for posting this.

  • hi did you make your own curry paste?

  • The recipe looks great! You could cut out a lot of calories by using less oil. You really dont need 4 TBSP of oil for that much chicken.

  • Let me just say I have tried this recipe and it is absolutely wonderful. I'm on a calorie counting diet and this recipe fits right in. Thank you so much fatty2slim. It is actually a very low fat recipe, and I think I may try cutting down on the oil to maybe 2-3 tablespoons instead of 4. I used canola oil which is lower in fat than some. You have done so well on your weight loss I'm really inspired by you. i hope you'll keep posting great recipes like this one.

  • in jamaican indian curry anything, we put the curry powder in the oil. , no tomatoes and we sometimes add things like carrots and potatoes
