well I got it for 1950 sgd total.. but that was some time ago when the Japanese yen wasn't so strong.. I think ESP kind of increased their price too after that
for the solo u should use the double octave(1 above and 1 below) starting 3rd fret on the a string and 5 fret on the g string and just go up the neck from there
Right from the start you're playing it at too low of a key. The intro riff is supposed to start at the 10th fret. And that's according to the official "guitar anthology" book.
any song doesn't have to always be played on the same fret because you can play the same note on a different fret it ould be an octave lower or higher or w/e you do but it would be the same note

True that. But the problem here though, is that he is not using the same note. He's using a much lower scale. That's why it sounds out of tune.
