There's clearly a lot of confusion about the origins of the song. OK, so the original, original song is called "Lux Aeterna" and it's written by Clint Mansell (there are a lot of songs called "Lux Aeterna" but this one was written in 2000). This song was written for the soundtrack of the film "Requiem for a Dream". After its release, it was used and sampled in this song "Zoo York" by Paul Oakenfold, and as others have mentioned, in "Throw It Up" by Lil Jon.

@caeseroct0 If that's not confusing enough, Paul Oakenfold actually remixed "Lux Aeterna" for an album called Requiem for a Dream: The Remix Project, which sounds very similar to Zoo York, without the Hindi vocals. Now, regarding the Hindi vocals, I really haven't been able to find an answer. There are statements across the internet that it is Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan while others say it is "Hum Tumhe Chaahte Hain" from 1980 Indian film "Qurbani". I can't prove it either way.
