Sifu Sergio, is the punch an ordinary vertical fist or a phoenix eye fist? I could not see clearly. Is the phoenix eye used in Yuen Kay San WC?

@romirant i can assure you that he is off the lineage and Sum Nung's top student,Sum Nung's form is a little bit

different than Yuen Kay San's as he made some small adjustments.

Thanks you for posting. It is very good to see the form performed under tension. I believe it is good to do both tension and normal (depending on age of course which decides how much of each).

I was taught Yuen Kay San forms, the ones I was taught are different and have a different power structure. Still with an internal focus, It is very good to learn from all.
