republicans dont trust obama on the economy or even small things like the EPA
yet are willing to hand him unlimited power with the NDAA ? why because both parties only pretend to dislike each other...on the big issues they are in bed together
Jon Huntsman would be a good Secretary of State or VEEP. In stepping aside for Mitt, he consolidates Romney's lead, and chances for the GOP nomination... but keep in mind, Huntsman has served Obama as Ambassador to China... and so, ~could~ as a prospective SecState, could bolster a Obama-Biden or Obama-Clinton ticket. Whoever wins in November will be the one who captures the middle-moderate vote in the last two or three weeks. All this left-right-extremist stuff will be forgotten.
@voyeurdug The veracity of that last remark depends on the sizes of the extremes. The right-wing is still butt-hurt over their crushing defeat in 2008, and even though they struck back in the midterms, they have a made a complete mess of themselves in the process. Having a 24/7 right-wing Faux Noise Machine working for them has helped the right consolidate their radical positions and keep them in front of America. I would not underestimate the radical right fringes and their dangerous influence.
@icanhasbailoutreload RE: RP integrity: "An Associated Press report published Monday found that since May 2009, Paul had billed taxpayers for 31 round-trip flights and 12 one-way flights, all first class. In all, taxpayers paid $52,000 for flights where cheaper tickets were available. AP found that Paul’s office could have saved $27,621 by selecting economy tickets instead." So much for RP's fiscal conservatism and disconnection from any DC machinery.
Ouch...GOP will spend entire election on these inconsistencies. Huntsman should have just left without endorsement. What support does he have to transfer anyway?
I liked John, he was the sane one out of the bunch of whackos. But now, since he endorsed Mitt, he now falls into the category of another typical republican sheep!
@rolovolo And somehow that is supposed to exempt RP from going down the same road as all those before him? Have you even looked at RP's congressional record?
@rolovolo Have you read the Constitution or have any clue as to how many different ways there are of interpreting the document? It's not clear cut in the slightest. Read up before you run your mouth.
@rolovolo You clearly misinterpreted what I was saying. You simply can not take *your* interpretation of the constitution and parade it around as *fact*. Being this willfully ignorant is dangerous. As a side note I agree with much of what Ron Paul stands for in terms of foreign policy and the military industrial complex.

Ron Paul is the only candidate with the integrity to stand up to the Obama machine... money and good hair is not enough to beat him.

@DLCaster Obama just took a $4 million vacation (80x the spending you're complaining about). Please link me to when you complained about that.

Well, I mean Huntsman did surprisingly well in the New Hampshire primaries, however, I don't think it was the right choice to endorse Romney.

@Nuclearfreak23 He should have withheld his endorsement and stood mute. Instead he did the obvious and predictable by supporting his fellow Mormon.

People must vote on TRACK RECORDS
not on PROMISSES candidates so easily
give away during campaign, just to turn
around as soon as they get elected and
pressured by BIG MONEY.
Paul's real honesty and liberty message
is spreading like wildfire.

What are you talking about?
Paul's Congressional record is perfect,
always voted according to the Constitution.
If his proposals were never passed, that is a point in his favor,
the Democrat/Republican Zionist Establishment DO NOT LIKE
RON PAUL'S PROPOSALS FOR PEACE,
LIBERTY AND INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILILTY.

haha, instead of watching "los pollos hermanos" you should
educate yourself. I interpret the Constitution the way the
founding fathers did: TOWARDS LIBERTY.
Coward people interprets s like: It's ok to give a way
my liberty in exchange of "security" against the boogey men.
