Second version or not, doesn't change the fact this version is boring and too slow and it's a woman singing it - and it doesn't change the fact that Tom Waits wrote it and that it is a cover of HIS song. His version is the original version and there's is number 2 and a cover & also IMO Tom Waits does the best. But then again I love his husky voice & again THIS IS SOOOO SLOW AND BORING. And there is no feeling. She just sings it straight like howling. BLEH!
