@josh000132 Might as well give the lecture, then. Each dose, sara brews heal 15% of your total health and boost your Defence level by 25%, but all your other combat stats are drained by 10%. To counter this, pkers often bring restore or super restore potions. The advantage of sara brew is you can go over max HP (starting the fight in your favour), also you can click a shark and quickly click a sara brew to eat both at the same time. Lastly it's the best def boosting pot for >50 defence accounts.

Try using barrows gloves and a defender. They help a lot with rapier. Maybe even get an ardougne cloak as well, rapier isn't that bad.
