I'm sorry. This vid wasn't helpful at all. What are the rules fro drawing from the deck? Do you just pick one or keep picking til you get something you need?
Ok people just to let you know this lady is nuts its 2 decks with jokers and then u meld 5-1495 = 50points 1500-2995= 90 3000-5000 is 120 points u cant meld just trips then u make runs of 7 of the same cards and u can use wilds first to 5000 wins need more then im me on yahoo canasta.king2008
Regular Canasta is only ever played with TWO DECKS, not three.
Three-pack variants related to Canasta include Samba, Bolivia, "Brazilian", "Mexican" or "Chilean" Canasta, or Canasta for six players.
But both the "classic" game and the modern American version (i.e. the two most widespread) are for four players in fixed partnerships, with only TWO 52-card standard packs plus 4 jokers shuffled together to make a 108 card pack.
I have never played canasta with three decks, always with two.
