I used a Canon PowerShot SD790 IS Digital Elph. One of the very nice features of the new PowerShots is the time-lapse video feature. I set it to take one "frame" every second and it makes a video out of all of the frames.
As for mounting, I just held it in my hand the entire hike. I'm sure there's a better way, but this allowed for quickly pointing the camera in any direction that I wanted to snap the next "frame". It's a bit jumpy, but I think it does a good job of capt'ring the hike
What type of camera did you use and how did you do the time laps, also how did you mount the camera?
I have been on Peekamoose years ago, nice hike and veiws from what I remember.
