Pete its shame we couldnt have caught up some time ago. The last time you rang me this is the kind of stuff I was experimenting with. Similar beats and sounds - nice mix. Apart from the break I think all these beats are programmed. Early techno feel - great stuff but a bigga flava.

We was gonna do an album of Chemical Brothers mashes, but got bored with the idea after two.  The other track is by a mate of mine who works under the name General Publique. Our remixed version of "Open Door" is the one we used. A remember that call. You'd got a flat I think, still in Warren Wood. I used to search the web thinking you must've got some of it up somewhere at some point.

It was simply not to be. Built a portfolio of tracks all from new but couldnt get any interest. Should have moved to london but the mrs didnt want to and the baby was just born. Studio stolen in 98, rebuilt, only to be burnt down in '03. Only so much you can take...

I remember that you seemed a bit "disorientated" at that time. I wondered whether you was all right, especially when you seemed to have disappeared...

I can't remember what year it was. It might have been when I was doing ridiculous amounts of ecstacy. It did seriously fuck with my head. If it was that time then that would explain it.

Most dance music is 4/4. These 3 songs certainly are anyway. Modern dance music is unless your listening to bands like Autechre. Thanks for taking the time to comment anyway, we appreciate it. Oh...and the video...well spotted.
