  • I'm sorry to hear about all the stress you are under. However, you are aware of your eating patterns and people/situations that trigger you falling off track so you are more in control than you think! Keep going and remind yourself of why you're doing this. Even if you have to every 10 minutes...eventually it will come naturally.

  • Hey girl, those few pounds are a drop in the bucket...and the point is that you are noticing it. If you are anything like me it's all about stress eating and you just need to take a step back and take some time to organize your thoughts about what would help to get on track. And your friends SHOULD NOT be monitoring you! That would make me angry! Although I am sure they want to help this is a private and personal journey that, internally, is very emotional, and so many don't understand that.

  • Take one day at a time....u can do this!
