I have been doing some study on Hitler and I wouldn't want to have been there. It's interesting to read but scary as hell. Damn even his eyes are dark. Like no soul in there. I don't know how he had that much control over people. I wonder why someone or anyone for that matter didn't kill him on the spot. I am still reading about how he became to power. So far I read some of his speeches, he could talk a bone out of a rabid dog.
Hitler was the direct result of WW1. Germany (a proud Nation) was humiliated and left for dead after the war. Hitler promised a Greater Germany. He was able to deliver on his promise by taking away from the "rich" and elevating the uneducated and poor. Catholics, Jews and other religions were persecuted and their assets taken away. As in any "socialist" dictatorship the government took total power. As you know "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely".
Now Hitler talked a good game! You should see (not read) some of his speeches. People were hypnotized by him and they were chanting slogans. That is a standard socialist propaganda tool. You have to look at the "dear leader" like GOD. That is why religion is not really allowed. You GOD is your leader, so you don't need a Church, Priest or Bible. They burned most Bibles and book and faith. Government takes care of everything.
Basically all socialist dictatorship starts with that. Government owns all major industry, banks, healthcare and education. They make people dependent on aid, health, jobs, food, loans and something to "believe" in that is provided by the government. And after that you are screwed unless revolution follows. Well actually a lot of the profits from there shows went towards charity. In fact, the last Pink Floyd concert ever (RIP Richard Wright) was at Live 8 and Live Aid, so most of the profits helped Bob Geldof (The same guy who played Pink in "The Wall") help out those in ethiopia.

Maybe I articulated it poorly, but that's not what I meant. Higher taxes won't create jobs unless they're used for things like shipping jobs overseas, so I agree with you on that. However, I have read over both McCain's and Obama's tax plans, and both have tax cuts for small businesses. The difference between McCain and Obama's plan for business taxes, is that McCain wants to keep the Bush tax cuts in place, and lets be honest, they haven't worked.
I'm afraid of the Obama policies since they are very much like the socialist manifesto. I grew up in a Country in which politicians had similar views to Obama, not to mention his Pastor, friends and financial adviser (Rezko).

Good point in the video. The over $250k crowd will shrink dramtically if you raise their taxes. Then Obama has to raise taxes on the rest of those working or earning or inflate everything so that many who make much less now find themselves earning $250k of worthless taxes and a very high tax burden.
The other problem is that the People making more than $250,000 have the option (most of them) to compensate for higher taxes by raising their prices on their services or product. And when that happens who do you think ends up paying for those tax increases?
as far as i get it, the rich guy benefits the most from tax cuts - so he shouldn't get as much. just like obama said. in this example, the rich guy didn't show up not because his tax cut was less, but because the other guys beat him up. now if we stick to the plan of not physically abusing our billionaires (the wall street lets them suffer enough at the moment), we should be pretty well off.

The rich guy also gets the lowest percentage of tax cuts though. Could you please explain to me how raising taxes on the rich is going to help improve the economy and make life easier for everyone? Are they going to be able to crate more jobs with more taxation? Is the price of their product (assuming they are a business owner) somehow going to go down? Two of my friends sold their Restaurants because they are afraid Obama is going to be the next dictator of the USA. Most Restaurants will see a 10% higher tax bill under "president" Obama. i live in germany. we have a tax system and a health insurance system very alike to what obama is proposing. it works much better than what the USA has at the moment and what McCain is proposing.

Sadly you are correct! Now as an individual if you are making $250,000 you are "RICH", but guess what! My cousin has 4 workers in his construction company and he is well over $250,000/year in his small business. His "profit" is around $80,000 to $100,000 but after Obama takes over his profit will be cut 10-12%. Guess what he will do! He is going to let the 4 workers go or maybe 3 of them and cut his business under $250,000/year.
Dude, I know a guy who came to America from Denmark to escape Socialism. He now owns a company that employees 100 people. If Obama gets in and makes him pay more taxes, He will lay off almost all the men, and retire. I have been doing some study on Hitler and I wouldn't want to have been there. It's interesting to read but scary as hell. Damn even his eyes are dark. Like no soul in there. I don't know how he had that much control over people. I wonder why someone or anyone for that matter didn't kill him on the spot. I am still reading about how he became to power. Hitler was the direct result of WW1. Germany (a proud Nation) was humiliated and left for dead after the war. Hitler promised a Greater Germany. He was able to deliver on his promise by taking away from the "rich" and elevating the uneducated and poor. Catholics, Jews and other religions were persecuted and their assets taken away. As in any "socialist" dictatorship the government took total power. As you know "Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely".

Im sure you know that in 1944 the Germans overthrew the Hungarian government and started killing the Hungarian Jews. Until that point the Hungarian Jews were protected by as they were Hungarian first according to a statement by Horthy (The Hungarian leader). I don't know her personaly and neither do you! Even if a report is biased it doesn't change the there is some truth to it. I'm not saying you should believe everything in a very biased report as presented, but there are biased reports against both canadates! With that being said, she's had and inexcusable number of things completely wrong things factually and policy wise. Well actually a lot of the profits from there shows went towards charity. In fact, the last Pink Floyd concert ever (RIP Richard Wright) was at Live 8 and Live Aid, so most of the profits helped Bob Geldof (The same guy who played Pink in "The Wall") help out those in ethiopia.

Public good? Public good like providing a welfare system which has been slandered by your fellow republicans. If you knew anything about the welfare system, you'd know that most of the money that the government supplies has to paid back, and if you don't work, uncle Sam gives you the boot. Reducing poverty reduces crime, and that's for the publics good.
Anyway the state and the county have final say about roads and schools, not the federal government.

Maybe I articulated it poorly, but that's not what I meant. Higher taxes won't create jobs unless they're used for things like shipping jobs overseas, so I agree with you on that. However, I have read over both McCain's and Obama's tax plans, and both have tax cuts for small businesses. The difference between McCain and Obama's plan for business taxes, is that McCain wants to keep the Bush tax cuts in place, and lets be honest, they haven't worked.

Good point in the video. The over $250k crowd will shrink dramtically if you raise their taxes. Then Obama has to raise taxes on the rest of those working or earning or inflate everything so that many who make much less now find themselves earning $250k of worthless taxes and a very high tax burden.

as far as i get it, the rich guy benefits the most from tax cuts - so he shouldn't get as much. just like obama said. in this example, the rich guy didn't show up not because his tax cut was less, but because the other guys beat him up. now if we stick to the plan of not physically abusing our billionaires (the wall street lets them suffer enough at the moment), we should be pretty well off.

Two of my friends sold their Restaurants because they are afraid Obama is going to be the next dictator of the USA. Most Restaurants will see a 10% higher tax bill under "president" Obama. They could raise their prices, but the profits will be down anyhow. Mark my words... Many-many restaurants and other small business owners will fold next year and in 2010. We could be looking at European socialism in America soon.

If you still need to be convinced there is no point trying. Sorry... I was not born in The USA but I understand perfectly. I am not a "rich" person and my taxes would be most likely a bit higher under McCain's plan. However I understand how unfair the tax system towards big earning individuals. As an Independent I am for McCain. I believe him and respect him. I have no respect for Obama, his Church (Hating Whites), his Pastor (Hating America), His Friends (Ayers and Rashid Khalidi) and Rezko.

i live in germany. we have a tax system and a health insurance system very alike to what obama is proposing. it works much better than what the USA has at the moment and what McCain is proposing.
Our system has been modelled after US-american values that have been introduced to us after the war. our system is called a "social democracy", with "social" being akin to "helpful".
do you think there is anything wrong with that?

I've got a simple question then: your video essentially presses the point that it is either immoral or impractical (or perhaps both) to "go after" the rich. However, your principle point that "the rich foot most of the bill" is only the case because we follow a progressive tax system. If you believe all 10 men should pay an equal amount for their beers, why not advocate a flat tax? And why would you continue to support the GOP when it refuses to push for a flat tax? Just a thought.

I support "FAIR TAX". I am an INDEPENDENT, so I don't "support" the GOP... However they are a class better than the democRATS. I have to admit the Republicans are way off their principles and they should be ashamed of their performance, but the socialist (sorry democRAT) party is going to ruin this Country! Just give them enough time!

It is accepted! I have to admit to you that my immediate Family did not suffer under Hitler. Im sure you know that in 1944 the Germans overthrew the Hungarian government and started killing the Hungarian Jews. Until that point the Hungarian Jews were protected by as they were Hungarian first according to a statement by Horthy (The Hungarian leader). My Family suffered greatly when the soviet communist/socialist pigs came in.

Eventually, the 5% being penalized by Obama's tax plan will shrug and he'll have to find a new 5%, which guess what....won't be those people making over $250K. But heck, when the time comes we'll just change the definitions of middle class and who is rich.

Sadly you are correct! Now as an individual if you are making $250,000 you are "RICH", but guess what! My cousin has 4 workers in his construction company and he is well over $250,000/year in his small business. His "profit" is around $80,000 to $100,000 but after Obama takes over his profit will be cut 10-12%. Guess what he will do! He is going to let the 4 workers go or maybe 3 of them and cut his business under $250,000/year.

Dude, I know a guy who came to America from Denmark to escape Socialism. He now owns a company that employees 100 people. If Obama gets in and makes him pay more taxes, He will lay off almost all the men, and retire. That's a lot of jobs down the toilet, but liberals just think that by taxing him more, it will make the economy, but it won't. He's not the only one doing that either.
