@crotchrockett004 Usually each workout I do: close grip bench, lying skull crushers, then V bar, reverse and rope on the pushdown machine which ensures all three heads are worked.
@crotchrockett004 I use the close grip bench for mass, then use pushdowns primarily V bar, also use rope, and reveerse. So basically my suggestion is to use variety (3 to 4 exercises, 3 to 4 sets each). When you use rope, pull out as you come down.

what is the best thing to use for tricep push downs??? ... strait bar?? curved bar?? v-bar?? ropes??
