the russell and mcfadden combo will never be as dynamic as it could be until they get him two receivers and a third to compliment, put him in the west coast offense and dont be afraid to open up the offense...in other words use that arm!!!
Russel could be great already if he was playing for a decent franchise. Take away an o-line, receivers and a coach or stable environment then its almost impossible for the guy.
There's obviously going to be positives and negatives...but I think Russell could be a solid NFL QB, if the Raiders can build a decent team around him.

Seriously, Russell has NO ACCURACY. NO TOUCH. GIVES UP TOO MANY TURNOVERS, INTs AND FUMBLES.
We'll see what 2010 brings with an upgraded offensive line and new (improved) offensive coordinator... but I'm not holding my breath.
