Test your favorite HHO machine if effective or NOT. Park the car, start engine to normal temperature, run to 1500 rpm and hold it there by using tools or wedges. Turn ON your HHO machine. Check the RPM goes up to 1600 or more, it is GOOD. If RPM goes down or the same, your HHO machine is ineffective, useless, and waste of time, effort and money. Any seller will pass this test, BUY their HHO machine. (Forget the driving around wasting more gas, or read On Board Computer Instant MPG).
Musicman, GREAT results w/ the single hole unit! Where the vid of the 51 plater man! I wanna see that bad boy, and see it in ACTION!
I'm also about to create a no hole drycell, is super simple too, will post vid as soon as complete. Gaskets are simple as well. Bolts won't be going thru the active plates, just the end plates, same as you...
Also, can't trust the batt charger gauges, MUST use meter to measure V and A accurately.
I broke the 51 plate one down back to 31 plates , but hope to do a video soon with 3 cells hooked in a series a 31 6x6,21 6x7 3/8,and a 6 13x7 plate cells..
going pop 120v and bout 15 amps to them , it will be just like having a 58 plate cell ...I am going to try it anyway just for fun
Hey Dude. Congrats. Very well done. You are very close to a very successful cell design. He's a hint, work on your spacing and the voltage per cell.
I have a dry cell design too, using only 13 plates that are 6" x 6". I'm yielding 3.5LPM, using 11.66V @ 44A and MMW of 6.82. This was confirmed by an independent lab to confirm my results. Like you I could not believe it. With the cell stack you should be able to achieve 4LPM+ when its all said and done. Trust me you can do it.
Ah, OK... I see. This design "dry cell" is new to me. I commented in your other video saying I wasn't sure what you were making - but now I get it. :D
sweet keep us posted i will build a 4n4c 21 plate 6x6 this weekend with no holes on bottom and try it out. i have over 100 6x6 20 guage plates and gaskets avail. so i can really see what this dry cell can do.. i will let you know what happens...advanced hydrogen on youtube
tear down the cell and check the plates you probably will need water inlet holes on the bottom. if you are worried about current leakage. just stagger the holes. good job!
The no bottom holes thing actually works great. My highest MMW so far is 6.41 with 31 plates.I just added more plates to it today, now it has 51 plates ,got it running outside right now on 120v 5.5amps 1 liter 16secs MMW 5.68,Only been running bout 20 mins. I am getting pretty good efficiency out of this cell with no bottom holes..It works great, Gas comes out one hose water goes in the other. With the efficiency I am getting I think no bottom holes is the way to go.
looks great bro. Keep it up. the dry cell is the way to go. I am working on 2 different ideas to bump up mmw now. My best so far is 6.19 at 70a and 4,8 LPM. My cell actually likes the high amps better. If I detune it the mmw goes down to 5 mmw at 2 LPM. Luckly my charging system cam handle 70a. Now i just need to build a pwn that can handle 100a continuous. good job.
Yeah I have noticed that a little myself with the MMW getting better with higher amps and worse with lower ones..bout as high as I can go right now is 30 amps..I have been burning my in I have had it run a total of 21 hrs now my MMW is better the longer I run it...My latest test was bout 20 mins ago with a 5.51..12.1v 25amps 1 liter 36secs ..Got me some more 304 steel today fixen to size her up with 31 more plates or may build me a 8x8 one,got enough to both
Nice cell! Interesting that you're only using a hole through the top and no bottom hole. Might be worth seeing if you can get an 'eye' into the cell to make sure you aren't getting any air bubbles down low with that setup?
So far its working good ,I run for 3 or 4 hrs today and have had it running for 2 hrs already tonight..It has good flow, good convection, just did Lpm test about ten mins ago at 12.5v 25amps getting 1 LPM 37secs and my MMW is 5.19..Would make a video tonight but my camera dont do well out side at night will post one tomorrow sometime if I get the chance..But so far so good its actually doing better than Thought it would considering I only have holes in the top...
I was wondering about the single hole deal as well!
ANYTHING over 5 MMW is currently AWESOME!
DEFINTELY anyhting over 5 MMW would be a good candidate for putting on a vehicle! What car are ya gonna put this on, or are ya? I've jsut begun to watch your vids so if you've already stated somewhere else, sorry, maybe I'll catch it on another vid?
Keep up the great work and keep postin them vids! AWESOME INDEED!
So far having just top holes is working I let it run all night last night..Yeah I may put this one on my car,a 97 nissan altima , I have a smaller unit already on it Switch plate one..but only doing bout 800 ml a min..4mpg gain I cant wait to what will happen when I put 2 or more Lpm in it...JUst done another test about 30 mins ago the results for it are

hello, you have to send the detailed design for my email, so I hope to do Brazil and a generator for use in my car.

Thanks , yeah I currently trying to design a no hole drycell..I have high hopes .Hope to have a prototype done very soon...

Rooster, what spacing are YOU using in your 6.82 mmw unit? Thanks!

Hey jdcmusicman where did you get your stainless steel plates from?
redclaw4444 3 years ago
a local recycle center, it was a 24"x48" sheet still had the plastic on one side of it got 32 6x6 plates out of it , its 304l 24gauge in this cell

My mmw is also getting better. I have no more than 6 hrs and didnt burn it in. Just drove it like i stole it. look forward to your 8x8 results.
