Has the worst pull i have ever seen. it truly is amazing that he can even walk normally, very impressive!! His calves are smaller then his wrists! ha what a shame. he would be great if he did some squats from time to time.
great feet! you can tell he still isn't 100% I suffered an Achilles Rupture and I know what he is dealing with. I wish him luck in this up coming season.
damn thats good work at 5 months post op... i tore mine about 5 months ago after a football accident, and have about 70 percent strength back right now... but lineman work like this would definately help me
are these guys really the o-line from boston college because they are'nt that big compared to other D-1 school o-lineman, and that guy in the red is a stick.
CES, best training ive been thru, had it just this past summer, chip is an amazing trainer, I feel so much quicker and my 40 time has went down so much, for being an OL myself this is a great vid to show, good luck with that injury and good luck a bc.
Thanks. Great footwork and great quickness coming off the line about 5 min, into the video. Ryan has worked hard and hopefully will get a chance to play pro ball. Thanks for watching.
Thanks CedricBowen. I am a video producer and shoot lots of video for Chip Smith at Competitive Edge Sports in the Atlanta area. The reason I put Ryan's workout on YouTube is that he is an amazing young man and has worked so hard in rehab to get well. Thanks for your comment.

Unreal after 5 months. It is so scary doing this so early on. Much respect to Ryan.

Thats my girl alysha cousin. He kinda reminds me of my cousin ekom (NT/DT) for Stanford who broke his fibula and went thru a crazy rehab also!
