my first nightmare was on Horizon mission...2 scions+ about 8 husks rushing+ insanity difficulty right on first run....man i tried like 9 or 10 times, those shits drive me nut. I camp with my squad in the small truck and could never last long so i just had to run around, and that were like at least 3 tries. Ps3 is easier if only you have good control with good sticks, otherwise it's annoying with sticking into cover while sprinting.

@ulzeraj Revenant is lame on base level of course, it's desperately innacurate (useful only in CQB fights), but with Targetting VI upgrade and all damage upgrades, it's suddenly great weapon with vast ammo supply. It's far better than Vindicator (I hate burst-only firing, I want to just hold trigger and tear that fuckers apart!)

Husks cab get a bit overwhelming, at least until you find their weak spot. I never thought I'd find a practical use for the tactics learned in Dead Space till i played ME 2.

This level Is ridiculously easy with a high leveled adept(like lvl 25+) on Insanity. If you take Samara and Than who both have throw and armor removing powers you can pretty much one hit everything. Then just warp blast the scions hehehe

The revenant isn't worth the upgrade. Better get the Widow and use the Vindicator just because its so damn accurate. The revenant just can't compete with that.

@TrollChatroulette no the revenant cant compete with it in accuracy. but that is ofset by the massive damage per bullet and the amount of ammo. the vindicator has limited ammo so you run out of it quickly.

In my honest opinion one you get rid of the armor, killing the husk is easy--just spray it with at least lvl 2 cry ammo and you can dispatch many of them very quickly

When dealing on a mission involving husks I prefer to have a biotic with shockwave /pull /singularity in the squad. Playing as adept I found the singularity + anything else works nicely.

I find that if you hit for their legs and/or crotch that is their weakness.

On insanity one shot at the crotch or legs with the Widow sniper cannon takes them down on that level, two in the torso.

I could be wrong but it works for me.

Come on, now. :P Best soldier buil I've found: -Hardened Adrenaline Rush-10 pts -Shocktrooper-10pts -Concussive Blast-10 pts -Warp Ammo-10 pts -Disruptor Ammo-3 pts -Incendiary Ammo-6 pts -Cryo Ammo-1 pt Can handle anything. Also, the Revenant is the best AR choice if you have the AR accuracy upgrade.

I had fun playing one, but it's probably not the best class. Being able to use all the guns is sweet though. Doesn't take much strategy since you just bunker down and blow the fuck out of everything.
