The fork is offset from the front axle. That looks like a Cruzbike kit was partially used in the construction. Very nice. How much does the bike weigh?

Thanks JP, I've made aprotype in steel like Cruzbike kit. I tested it and I made the same in bamboo !! weigh:17 kg

The moving bottom bracket design means that he can steer with his feet. Hence his being able to ride no handed does not indicate balanced frame design or alignment.
