The piece of legislation is like using a sledge hammer to kill a fly. The piece that should be examined (among other parts of the bill) is that IF an inspector acts in an unreasonable way (and there is potential that this could happen - people make mistakes) that there is no recourse for the individual (Canadian) AT ALL!!! TOO MUCH POWER IS GIVEN TO THE INSPECTOR AND CROSSES THE LINE OF OUR HARD FOUGHT FOR FREEDOMS!
