@StrongerTeamDotCom okay thanks. I am studying Exercise Science at Northern Kentucky University and I also coach high school basketball, and I am responsible for designing an off-season conditioning schedule for 14-18 year olds (plyometrics and weight training); any advise?
@JoseysFinestBaller Montrose is located in Rockville, MD. However, this video was not shot at Montrose... it was shot at my facility (Rockville Fitness).
@StrongerTeamDotCom Yes, I push myself to fatigue during my workouts as well, however it looked as if they'd burn out quite quickly because those are some heavy-duty workouts. I guess 1:00 would provide enough energy for each exercise. Great Video!
Coach, can we do this in-season?

@VersusDeMarcus If you want?!
StrongerTeamDotCom 3 weeks ago
@StrongerTeamDotCom would love to :) but what disadvantages would it have, if I use it in Season?

@VersusDeMarcus Check my blog and the in-season workouts on this channel for the type of stuff I recommend in-season....

1:00 work, 1:00 rest!
StrongerTeamDotCom 1 year ago
Is fatigue an issue? It seems that if they did to rounds of a minute at each they would burn out very quickly.
HoopsTraining 1 year ago
We wanted them to get fatigued... that was one of the goals! But they got 1:00 rest in between each exercise.

@StrongerTeamDotCom Yes, I push myself to fatigue during my workouts as well, however it looked as if they'd burn out quite quickly because those are some heavy-duty workouts. I guess 1:00 would provide enough energy for each exercise. Great Video!

I love the emphasis in movements that are not stable. Their body has to adjust and use the smaller muscle groups to stabilize!
