  • @NSEddie978 ...TRUE TRUE...thank you. other countries should not be so offended. food is good no matter what country. I'm Cambodian so the rolls are Cambodian. I'm also American, so they can also be called American Egg Rolls, right?

  • shouldnt u cook the meat first. cuz the inside cant cook that fast if u put it in raw

  • you do not put bean sprout in khmer egg roll for your information khmer egg roll was made with diffrence ingredient it was made with taro,black fungus(mushroom) green onion and carrot and mee sue and 2 egg .

  • @vtiem: I didn't mean to offend you but I called it "Thai" basil in this video because most people who aren't Asian don't know how to find it when they go shopping. It Cambodian we just call it Red Basil, but that might confuse new-comers to Asian food.

  • @vtiem I am Khmer, but was born in Thailand, so I have no problem calling it Gi Krahom in Khmer and Thai Basil when I describe it in English to my friends. I love both cultures equally.

  • @AcrossTheRiverStix some folks call it holy basil i think, i always get the "look" from Khmer folks when I say Thai basil, I am sure they are thinking, twit barang and then they smile.

  • I'm not angry...but if you are a true cook, you'd realize you can put in or take out certain ingredients to your tastes....BESIDES, read my DESCRIPTION BOX....there is no set rules in what to put in. What do you mean by will it fit? The egg roll wrapper is frickin huge!!

  • It's actually Khmer. Khmer is the Cambodian word for Cambodian. But I love Thai music too.

  • For those curious about the music, they are classics from the greatest singer(s) in Cambodian history. I put it in for nostalgic purposes and any Khmer out there who is watching will know the beauty and sadness of listening to this music.
