@u2brrrr Judaism is actually all about the women! I did not grow up religious and have explored my heritage over the past 5 years. It is truly about the women! In fact there is a very strong tradition that women do not do any work after lighting the chanukah candles because it was Yehudit, the sister to Judah the Macabee that got the brothers to take action. Take some time to learn more and I am sure you will be Pleasantly surprised! It is not a competition between the sexes! : )
