It's something about how he designs each game, how each storyline has its own uniqueness, how every single thing in that game, from scenery and gameplay, to how you gain access to items, and how you get new equipment and weapons, the bosses, the dungeons, it always makes you get that feeling that when you play this game, expect the unexpected, expect something beautiful. I don't know how TLOZ does it, but no matter what age I am, how old I get, no matter just how much change happens in my life, both playing it, and watching other people play The Legend Of Zelda series has one unique thing that Shigeru Miyamoto will always have, always hold, and always has held; the ability to give us that feeling of being a kid again. no matter how old I get, playing TLOZ is...just...so...damn...amazin­g.

I don't why, but even though PH and ST came after Wind Waker, this one always felt like it was meant to be the last one in the Zelda chronology for me. We finally learn of Ganondorf's motives and he meets a rather tragic and ironic end; truly makes him a much more complex character, the Triforce is whole again, and Hyrule is gone so that Link and Zelda can build a better world free of Ganon's influence once and for all. This just seemed like the perfect bittersweet ending to an amazing series.

I played this when I was around 15, Twilight Princess at 18 and now I will be playing Skyward at 21. I have had this building dread in me that things will never be the same as my childhood, that magic in the air that makes life feel like an adventure which slowly fades away as you grow older. That is why the Zelda games are the best in the world, they all have that magic and as you play through it, it takes you away. When the credits roll, it's like waking up from a dream.

The music sure (one of the best soundtracks ever right next to SMG2 and Shadow of the Colossus), but along with that and it's beautiful art style it shares another thin in common with SotC; wass it's sense of scale, the Great Sea was large enough that it actually felt great.

@MsTetrisblock I started playing WindWaker a few days ago. That game is amazing, and I hadn't realized it! I got past the first three dungeons in one day. Man, the sea was a good element and a bad one, though. I liked the tower dungeon where the sea rises and lowers, but the sea is kinda big which makes it like pointless roaming. The sea was the only part of this game that wasn't like other Zeldas, but there's nothing wrong with trying something new...

ya see a lot of people were annoyed about the sea because it was so big, but the game is so much better because of it! and i liked the really long sailing, it gave me a moment to rescramble my brain, go pee, get a snack and come back!
