Catastrophe, old Believe Me I'm Lying and The Way She Moves are my favorites. I don't have the new Hurricane Haley but I have the others. I think my favorite old songs is Bundle Up. Great band :)

i like them a lot and i think they have a lot of talent.but the thing that bothers me about some of thier sosngs is they start out catchy and then die down.like "shes a lady" and "believe me im lying".the thing is though...why the fuck did they release it now if they had to do a whole bnch of re-recordings?they could have deffinantly saved that for a diff cd with just rerecordings.idk tho i really like this cd tho because i didnt really follow the like you so its all new to me

well their earlier songs, well mostly just hey brittany were rushed because jonathan told a radio station they'd play for them, and they didn't even have a song yet.

so that's pretty much how TOPO came along, and then they wanted to make the songs sound better(which they do), i guess so they put it on UAM.

In my opinion all the old songs with the exception of Coffeebreak are much better than the new versions because the vocals are more emphasized whereas the new album version has more toned down vocals to blend with the music, which I'm not used to because I guess I'm used to their "shout-y" versions more.

there are ups and downs about the band becoming more popular. industry people judge bands on units sold, unfortunately (which sucks because its an art form, not fucking Macdonalds) and as a result they will headline more and put out more albums...the downside is of course, as you mentioned, the record labels could influence their music to suit mainstream appeal.
