  • This would probably help with shoulder impediment / (fwd sloping shoulders), & maybe even upper back and neck issues?

    Does it work the delts like a press or stretch like a pull over? Thanks

  • My physical terrorists had me do that in rehab - after surgery for 100% tear and a few weeks of rest!!! There is no fun in doing this!!!!!!! And it takes about 10 minutes to do it beascue your shoulder HURTS LIKE A MOTHER when you move it!!!!!!!!

  • Yes I would agree. Contraindications for this exercise - not for people with injured or recently operated-on shoulders

  • I wouldn't recommend this exercise to someone who already has rotator cuff problems - only for healthy shoulders.
