@tarminat Exactly - this is from BHC 1; it's the part where Victor and his boys catch Axel and Jenny in the warehouse, and Billy Rosewood is outside in the getaway car. A much longer version plays during this scene, and it also is playing when Axel, Rosewood, and Taggart sneak into Victor Maitland's mansion.
