Let me first say i believe this man and the evidence is damning. But I don't get is if she did die "accidentally" would the parents take the massive risk of trying to get rid of the body?

why would a kidnapper target their family of all the children in the vicinity, running around the streets, playing on their own in the resorts, why go into an apartment that was "being checked" occasionally by the tapas lot and the parents. i am sure there were more accessible children to a kidnapper that night, i believe this is a coverup.

i know from babysitting my friends child that i have let her go on her bike,and she cycles up the path,round the corner to her friends, that is giving them abit of freedom but she knows not to go on the road,but leaving a 3 yr old to look after twins age 2, in an apartment on their own is not acceptable, did they not consider fire?every resort you go to there are kids playing in streets, but u will find these children are not 2 years of age, they are usually abit older,unless accompanied

The spin applied to the big donations is clever. Supposedly Branson donated on his own, and then helped seek other contributors, Kennedy being announced as one. The BBC helped by omitting to say that Kennedy is Kate's uncle, and director of the (scam) fund. IOW the spin is the opposite of what really happened: Kennedy persuaded Branson to "donate" and then he himself "donated". Obviously the plan is to pay these guys back by transferring funds. Otherwise, why the deception?

Do a google. It used to be reported regularly in the news. He is Kate's uncle, or Madeleine's great uncle. On the McCanns own website, he is listed as "a former headteacher" and further down the page it is noted that he (along with John McCann), is a member of the McCann family.

3 -- Why they told a resort neighbor that they didn't wanted her to call the police, saying that they already done it, when they only would do it about 30 minutes later?!

4 -- If you where parents and one of your kids was missing would you be walking in the beach, just waiting, while thousand of people were searching for her/him all over the place. Wouldn't you be in the field madly searching too?

1 -- Kate McCann returned to her friends and husband, in the restaurant, after checking if the kids were ok, and told them Maddie was taken, but she didn't brought the twins with her. She left them alone in the apartment!!!

I read that a recent poll showed that even among Brits, only 20% think the McCanns' child neglect was excusable. Considering how horrible the neglect/abuse was, though, even 20% of the population thinking this is hard to understand.

i knew they were guilty the 1st moment i heard about this. It is written on their faces and they look close to breaking point. Guilt eats you up.The body would have been dumped in the sea and eaten by a shark, without a trace. why did they do it though? lose their temper or jealousy?

Probably both. Looking at Gerry, he looks nothing more than an evil thug. He always looks as though he's preparing for a part in Braveheart rather than being concerned about his ''abducted'' daughter. Kate McCann is so phoney, I wonder why that fucking pink teddy she carried everywhere for the camera has suddenly disappeared.

I knew they were guilty the moment i heard about it. they look as gulity in sin. The body is probably in the sea and would have been eaten by sharks by now. so there will be no evidence left of a dead body.Why did they do it though? lost their temper? jealousy?

doped the kid up so they can eat half a mile away.... gave her too much and she dies... panicked and disposed of the body...
if you think about it they have access to tranks and have got too much to loose and are aragant enough to think they can get away with it
bodies in a ditch somewhere.. they started the lies, carried it on and cant tell the truth cause its got blown up out of all proportion
