Although the cuts are "painful for all of us", not "ALL" of us will be wondering whether we pay the rent that week or feed our children. What this budget proposal does is simply postpone the trauma to our citizens in years to come. I feel disappointed and am let down by this proposal. The 100 million cut to the CalWORKs Single Allocation Fund is going to cause much more ripple effects that you might imagine today. I expect Hell will have to be paid in the very near future.
