Most of my family are Muslims, and I know loads of religious people, some of whom are my friends and I know for a fact that if my sexuality was revealed, there would be nowhere to turn for safety and I'm not just talking about violence either!! And yes I am a beautiful black woman!!

Thats true. So many black professional women are closeted. This allows us to remain INVISIBLE. Its hard to come out, dont get me wrong - cause i still got one foot in the closet. But it would be easier for me to do so if there were Black Lesbian/Bisexuals with some visibility.
