The module has a sensor that doesnt let the car start if the gearbox remains in a gear other than P or N and also the barking brake needs to be activated.
Old startup modules didnt have those sensors... Ive heard some valet parking crashing histories with 1st gear...
E stands for Estate, theres no change with the engine, there exists this 2.0 8v engine and the 2.0 16v engine... the 8v is the 2.0E and the 16v is the 80 competition
