  • Oh! And does this stretching exercise "ToneItUp" ?

  • Hello K&K! =)

1st, I wanna let you guys konw how motivating you are.. I'm not fat, and I'm also not really skinny.

I really didn't care about my body and thought it was in great shape until I came across ToneItUp!

    I lovee it!

And I also have a request for you guys, I'm 14 & my height is 5'3ft.

I wanna grow at least 2 more inches... And I was told to exercise & stretch... So can you post more Stretching videos concerning height?

    Thank You So Much! <3

  • I love this routine, but I just can't seem to be able to step my foot forward into the runners lounge. i can't step between my legs, but I can put my foot on the outside of my leg. Is that à matter of time?

  • @HONEYxBEE100 keep at it! you'll only get better by working at it :) you'll get there soon enough xxo

  • thank you!! there isn't enough emphasis on stretching.

  • hey to all xbox owners, download the youtube app so you can watch this on your tv it's great! I do it for all their workouts :)

  • Name of song at the beginning of vid.?? It's very catchy :)

  • How would you recommend breathing? In through the nose, out through the mouth? In through the nose, out from the nose?

  • @UnderTheBooklight in nose, out mouth.. but more important is that you continue to breath! :)

  • I am not flexible enough (yet) but what I did of the routine was great.

  • I love this video, thanks so much for making it! I have a question; You said you could do this in the morning to warm your body up, but I have also heard that you should not stretch if you haven't warmed up for at least 5 minutes. Should I do light cardio for 5 minutes, and THEN do this? Or is it okay to just do this right when I wake up? Thanks again!

  • @heybabyyx0 the key is listening to your body! if you feel achey and cold, warming up may be a perfect intro for this! :)

  • love this routine! i've been doing it every day this week. just a question, how does the twist release toxins?

  • how much longer till im more flexible?

  • @makeupisart24 you'll be more flexible each time you do this :)

  • after every workout and in the mornings I do these stretches. I'm definatly noticing way more flexability in only 2 weeks!! Thank you<3

  • Hi, I'm 24 and had open heart surgery a year ago. I'm looking to gain more flexibility in my chest and back to increase my range of motion. Ideas? Thank you in advance!

  • Luv this!

  • Yeah I do this in yoga classes! It's so relaxing and detoxifying! Xx

  • had tryouts all day yesterday and today i was SO so sore. this really helped me loosen up thanks :)

  • If a person was to consistently do the stretches every morning, how long would it be until that person starts to see that they have more flexibility?

  • @unisagi you tell us! :) keep at it, let us know when you start feeling more flexible xoxo

  • @unisagi hi! it's been a month :) are you more flexible now?!?

  • @ToneItUpcom I haven't been doing the stretches honestly but thank you for reminding me. I will start back doing them.

  • @unisagi staying with it??

  • Make more videos like this!! it really helped<3

  • @browniewhale did you see our Foam Roller Workout?! :)

  • @ToneItUpcom Yeah! I'm gonna try to get one of my own soon. <3 thank youuu!

  • This is perfect for my stressful days :)

  • i wanted to ask you if you are making a diabetic plan for your diet plan? I'm 12 years old and I'm diabetic so i need a low glycemic plan :) and I'm vegetarian so thanks :)

  • @HALEYJUMPER161 sorry ot hear that you got injuried.....i also got injured an could not exercise....i reduced my food portions and filled my plate with mostly veggies and non inflammatory foods. Reducing my portions helped me to not gain excess wt and it provided excellent nutrition for my injury and my body is healing. If you can make fresh squeezed juicies this will help heal the body. I wish you well.

  • how one do u hold the stretches for?

  • i didn't think streching was that big of a deal until after my workout (Rush hour video)I did this and I started sweating a lot which means LESS TOXINS FOR ME! Amazing! thanks girls!! Love from Italy

  • This actually helped me with period pain...I have to thank you for that LOL, it was getting on my nerves =='

  • that was a nice way to start the day

  • that was so relaxing, thanks so much ladies, you're wonderful!!

  • This was a great relaxing stretch! Thanks!

  • me encanto el video! era justo lo que faltaba, suban más de esos!!

( not as bad) still can play soccer but certain times it starts to gurt. What should i do to make it heal faster and how to strengthin the muscle so i dont pull it as easlly? thanks!

  • thanks for focusing on the importance of stretching...so good for everyone :)

  • Karena you are SO pretty! :)

  • I really like this video! Very relaxing! thank you guys very much!

  • Loved this!!!! It helped me see where I need to improve without making me feel bad about my flexibility level :)

  • Loved it! Thanks for the positive vibes and reminding us to stretch a little more.

  • I did this twice because I was so relaxed! Thanks so much, I love this :)

  • @ToneItUpcom hey im kinda new to stretching how far should you push yourself during a stretch cos i feel im pushing to far and might injure myself? any help will be great thanks

  • i was doing all of these while sitting in my chair until the lady bent over... then i just gave up.

  • This may be a dumb question, but is it safe/ok to stretch on a bed?

  • this was so relaxing to watch

  • I did some of these poses in Yoga the other day! Left the class feeling fabulous! xD xx

  • yes! relaxing body work! love itttttttttt.. more please!! :D

  • This was perfect. Lately it seems like I don't have a minute to breathe...I am constantly running around with work and school and this is a great way to relax and relieve some stress. Thank you!

  • Perfect stretch before bed, will repeat when I wake up. So relaxing, refreshing and freeing! <3

    ~Kari :)

  • as a former dancer, i think you girls hit this dead on! stretching is so important and great for flexibility and general well-being. thanks so much for sharing!!

  • Just did this before bed! I'm in law school and this really helps me to relieve the stress of the day! Love it!

  • This video seemed so long.. I guess I was because I stopped working on my essay and did these with you with the waves in the background to release me stress .. (:

  • i just recently fell off my horse, and hurt my lower back pretty bad. I was just wondering if there was anything that i could do that would not involve my lower back. I dont want to gain weight because i cant do a lot of excersize. thanks!!!

  • @haleyjumper16 with an injury like yours, you'll really have to stick to what your Physical Therapist has planned out for you.. they will know best the implications of certain moves for your specific injury & stage of recovery. Sending love your way to bounce back strong and quickly!! xoxox

  • i was in the gym today and didn't have time for yoga after my workout. Needed this!

  • Is there a printable routine for this?

  • This was great! I always love a good stretch.

I have a question however. I have weak knees (a tendency to hyper extend and pop out of socket). What exercises and/or stretches would you recommend to still get a full body workout? Things like lunges and squats burn inside my knees, and not in a good way.

Love you girls! I always look forward to your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us.

  • Amazing to do right before bed as well, good warm up and warm down! Like, relaxing bookends for the day! Haha :) x

  • You 2 truely are amazing!

  • you girls are awesome!

im trying to lose some of my excess chub and tone up my arms legs and tummy, but Im having so much trouble with lunch. I can eat well for breakfast and dinner, but I always eat way too many calories & bad foods at lunch ! I dont really like sandwiches and I cant just eat a salad... am I just being too fussy or are there other good alternatives? thanks!

  • luv this!

  • just came back from a basketball game and this is perfect! im so sore..:)

  • i feel better.

  • This looks so relaxing with the sea in the background!!

  • Muscles feel very happy for this! :) They have really been through the mill but i keep telling myself 'change is uncomfortable' :)

  • great downward dog! You are really limber, go girl!

  • Will do this tonight before I go to bed and in the morning before I take a shower. --- Sent From toneitupcom's AppRats (Facebook App)!

  • Can you girls do a video on how to get back into the plan and workout routine after a couple of weeks off because of the lack ot time and stuff? xx

  • @sunnydaypaula93 you don't need a video for that, this is what I did - do a schedule for 24 hours, in 15 min increments. put down everything you do, from sleeping, eating, pooping, brushing those teeth, work, school, kids etc. list what can be delegated. now see where you have an hour free each day (even 30 mins will do) and write in that slot "WORKOUT" promise yourself a nonfood treat if you keep it up for 30 days. there's 148 hours in a week. you only need five to exercise.

  • doing this tonight :-) --- Sent From toneitupcom's AppRats (Facebook App)!

  • you might think this is a stupid question but is it okay just to like not eat anything but like lets say a yogurt a day for a while until you get the body shape you want? then start eatiing correctly. i just wanna get like 2 or 3 pounds off!

  • @bckflipbaby66 we don't suggest doing that because you can have an electrolyte imbalance :( We suggest eating clean, about 1,700 calories per day and working out for an hour. Make sure you drink lots of water, coconut water and eat every 3 hours- small meals. xxo

  • @bckflipbaby66 that is such a bad idea.

  • Getting in shape takes time and a lifestyle change.

  • This video reminds me how I was bad today and made pie ( or at least tried too. haha. Still edible though).

  • your shoulders are so beautiful and sculpted

  • oh my gosh pleaseeeee make more videos like this! I loved it!

  • @jordan1928jjr aww okay :) glad you enjoyed it!!

  • PERFECT. going to do this (at least!) every other day!

  • this is amazing girls,and it's very relaxing,i needed it!!! :)

  • wow this was really relaxing just by watching :)

  • I had a really stressful day, but this really calmed me down! Thank you :)

  • @sulla940 <3

  • hello K&K - loved meeting you in NYC! and love that you share a stretching video! when you're back in NYC let me give you a full body yoga stretch Goa style :-) ok? keep following you flow, a :-)

  • Omg!! I was just thinking this morning (while stretching before my morning workout routine) that I wish my tone it up ladies would do a stretching video!! It's like we share the same brain! Love the video! You ladies are so inspiring!

  • thanks very much for everything you guys do

  • i really needed this thanks girls! --- Sent From toneitupcom's AppRats (Facebook App)!

  • HI I love all of your videos!!! but i just have a quick question i've lost about 30 pounds but my stomach is still a bit flabby so i wanted to know if i should continue doing cardio and an ab routine like the best ab workout circuit to get my stomach to be flatter. would that help? thank you guys so much for the help and inspiration!!!

  • @collegefashion101 congrats!!!! wow!!! we suggest full body routines & to keep up with abs & cardio... if you work your total body, then calories are burnt all over! ex... if you work your legs and gain lean muscle, it will burn more calories, raising your metabolism and burning fat from all over :) hope this makes sense!!

  • Love thissss. My swim coach always made us do Yoga once a week :)

  • love it, thank you :)

  • Omgsh, Thank you SO much for this video! I have been needing some good stretching moves! (:

  • your videos inspire me!
