Do you find your frame shakes a bit from the 2 Stroke engine? I have a 50cc 2 stroke chopper and when pushed it shakes quite a bit

I had somethign like that happen to me today one my way home from work but the muffler fell off at the weld of the down pipe then the chain broke and I ran out of gas now what a day lol funny as hell lol.

how juch did all this cost to make because i have an amercian chopper stongray and im looking for a way to put an engine in thats cheap ang goes around 30-40mph and how fast does that bike go. Also how do you hook up the engine to the bike

@smurf6246 engine kit was $150. Just get a pit bike or something. This cost too much and broke too easy. The engine was a custom rig up.

You NEED the cap on. It only makes it louder. Once you put it back on, you can drill some holes in the cap. Without the cap the backpressure drops and the engine performance goes down. Trust me I own one and I am a member of a website just fore these.

well i figured the flames coming out were a bad sign. I had trouble keeping it on, but ended up getting a bolt that i could cross thread in. I figured if i needed to fix something with the exhaust i could just buy a whole new setup. This project turned out to be a huge hassle, but as soon as i got it running its fun. But i did this cause i was bored and low on cash thats why its for sale now.

mufller cap (baffle) fell off my kit as well, i heard it gives it more power and makes it sound louder, which it does from my experience

Yea it sounds alot better and flames come out, but i found i had less power and a lower top speed.
