front squats really hurt on the shoulders with heavy weights, but as a rugby player I feel its a necesity. I always come out bruised from the gym doing it, and I broke my wrist and it hasnt been good for about 3 months so i cant do the wrist support method

What's a typical front-squat-to-back-squat ratio for a weightlifter, in terms of how much somebody is able to do for a 1 rep max? For example, how much would those 617-lb. front squats Hossein Rezazadeh was doing translate into back squats?

Not everyone has the flexibility to hold the bar that way bud. One thing you did not mention expert is the width of your stance.
