  • First off, thanks for giving a first-person perspective on this issue. Just watching this, I became anxious for the person being escorted. There also so many protestors there. The protestors didn't do anything overt, but they were staring her down, and saying things that were being drowned out by the escorters. The camera may not have shown her full field of view or recorded all audio. For anyone already anxious, this situation is nerve-racking.

  • I'm sorry that you had to go through this. Those people make me feel sick.

I wonder why this video has so many thumbs down

    Xx

  • This makes me so thankful that I live in a part of the country where this garbage does not happen. I have seen only one Planned Parenthood protest and they only had a handful of attendees.

  • How dare you think you have the authority to speak to anyone like this." Yes! pro forced pregnancy advocates suck! You are not pro life, you are pro moron!

  • @CatholicAmerican your VERY PRESENCE is intended to intimidate and harrass people. One of our challenges is to open people’s eyes, especially men who are naturally taller, larger, and stronger, that just BEING there on the sidewalk, their very presence IS INTIMIDATING, is rude, is an invasion of a person’s privacy.

How many times have YOU been harassed when simply going to your healthcare provider for legal medical care? You ARE harassing the people. Otherwise, why would you even be there?

  • @diasthema

In this video concerning the "rioters", where there more men or more women out there in the rain? How many teenagers did you count?

"Privacy"? Seriously? Nature does not intend for children to be a private matter. Exterminating humans at the very beginning of their development is not an act that affords any shred of privacy. Sorry, but an arbitrary judicial fiat does not constitute real law and all laws and human actions are subject to scrutiny.

    The Truth doesn't fear scrutiny.

  • @diasthema

Abortion activists are not proud of a so called "right" to abortion. If they were on the side of Truth then they would be calling everybody to scrutinize the laws and behaviors. They would be bending over backwards to be transparent. But no. Abortion activists and the abortion industry does the exact opposite. They try to fuddle scrutiny and put up walls and barriers that keep the public ignorant on the issue.

You can't hide the reality in this video.

  • @CatholicAmerican What reality? That you think harassing women is okay? That zygotes are more important than women?

    That's not hidden. asshole.

  • @BloodandthunderVII

This whole "war against women" polemics is intellectually offensive.

A female zygote is a woman. That's a biological fact.

Zygotes don't magically pop into a female uterus. A woman doesn't get pregnant on accident. Human sexual anatomy is specifically designed to deploy the male gamete in close proximity of where a female gamete will arrive.

If you are not intending to make babies, screwing around with biological acts that produce human life is reckless and immature behavior.

  • @BloodandthunderVII

The majority of pro-lifers are women.

Healthy women recognize that their fertility isn't a disease and that pregnancy means that an act of sex did what it is designed to do.

But if you keep brainwashing women into thinking that their value revolves around how sexy they are then abortion is a logical horrible byproduct.

If that view makes me an "asshole" then I wear the title proudly. In reality you're just speaking out of ignorance.

  • *deal with PASS. we're never aggressive in any way.

  • good counsel existed then they would have never gotten the abortion in the first place. i go outside the clinic to give girls who may be in any kind of situation like that information about the home. i don't yell at them or anything. i absolutely HATE when there is the occasional protester who yells at the girls (the girls going in are scared and upset enough and yelling at them scares them more or makes them angry) i simply offer help. we also offer a program that helps deal PASS.

  • i just want to say that pro-lifers really are trying to help. we're not forcing girls to come over and talk to us. just wish that they would take a chance to listen to what we have to say. i pray outside the local abortion clinic. my mom helped to open a good counsel home in south jersey. it's a home for pregnant women to go. so many women told my mom the only reason that they got an abortion is because they would be kicked out of their houses if they did not. they said that if they knew that

  • I don't see anything wrong with this at all, theyare trying to offer alternatives in an unagressive way. They were friendly and caring and were just stating that there were alternatives to abortion. If you are about choice then why can't they have an informed choice? Would choosing life be so bad?

  • Maybe you should do another video with a pregnant friend who is planning on keeping her baby and see if they practice what they preach. If they do, I don't see this as bullying at all.

  • ... the lady was just offering help. I was spoken to the exact same way when I was pregnant at 17 and people just like that followed through on what they said. They gave me ultrasounds and a huge baby shower with everything I could need, and they're still there for me. It really struck me that she says there is a lack of empathy in the crowd. It sounded like the majority of those people just wanted to help. You can speculate that they have ulterior motives, but there is no evidence of that.

  • A fetus is not a child, you fucking inhuman assholes. A woman, however, is a woman; would have dead women over malformed or dead babies? Many abortion cases occur when the fetus is malformed to the point that it will not be alive when born and will kill the mother at birth. What's pro-life then: killing a mother just so your black-and-white worldview can be upheld, or removed a lifeless blob of tissue to save the life of a living, feeling woman?

    Pro life=Pro lie

  • I wish there were pro-lifers talking to me about abortion. My little girl would be here today. Women are herded like cattle at abortion clinics by the staff. I returned a week later to the abortion clinic because of regret. They herded me quickly out the door and never followed up with the promised counseling. I lived with pain and regret for years until I tried to commit suicide twice. It was pro-lifers that reached out and provided the much-needed counseling I needed.

  • Wow...I really have no words for the hypocrisy of this video!

  • Huh. Rioters? That's kind of melodramatic don't you think? No one was screaming. No one was throwing anything or jumping around and being violent. Sounds like you prejudged every pro lifer you were going to run into and then created a completely separate incident, fabricated in your own mind. What about those choices huh? Why would a clinic, so concerned for women's well being, try to drown out that there is free financial counseling and ultrasounds? Please. Go get your Emmy now.

  • Wow, project much? You pro-abortion types are insane! First, if you are for CHOICE then why does it bother you so much when women talk to the pro-lifers and receive the offer for financial help, free ultrasound, facts on fetal development. I personally have witnessed abortion minded women saying to the escorts "Shut up! I want to hear what they (pro-lifers) have to say" and the clinic herder won't allow the woman to talk with us. So much for "choice"! The pro-lifers were kind and caring!

  • I find it interesting that this girl feels like "she was being herded". The escorts would be doing to the herding. Usually cattle is herded for slaughter. Interesting choice of words. I really did not hear anyone 'harassing' this girl either. I dont think I heard anyone even yell at her nor call her a name. They just kept offering her help.

  • I don't want people to mind their own business about the fact that this is happening at clinics across the country. Communities should be up in arms that their members are treated this way. And some women do not want your help or anyone else's help, and by forcing this experience on women walking into a Doctor's office, you are disrespecting their boundaries. I think she says it beautifully, "How dare you think you have the authority to speak to anyone like this."

  • @88ursula How dare you think you have the authority to dismember a defenseless human child!

  • @88ursula "How dare you think you have the authority to speak to anyone like this?"

"How dare you think a woman is entitled to kill another human being just because the other human being is growing inside her uterus"

"How dare you think an abortionist is entitled to kill another human just because the other human is a weak defenseless baby who does not have the chance to voice his/her desire to live"

Human heart beats only 18-24 days after conception. How dare you not consider this a person?

  • I am grieved that your friend chose to end the life of her child. If she needs any post abortive counseling to deal with her grief then AWC offers free counseling in that area. I am not sure though why anything that was said by a protester would be labeled as "verbal assault." I actually found everything the sidewalk counselor said to be very empathetic and non judgmental. I think maybe reading what Romans 2:14-16 would be a helpful read for what is happening here.

  • @jcoll116 If you actually watched the video, you would understand that this was a project. The woman did not have any procedure. Mind your own business, and keep your Bible to yourself. Many of us find the Bible offensive and irrelevant.

  • @peonnetteable I apologize if i missed the part about it being a project. Either way there is help available for women whose reality might be depicted in the video. Honest question, if you wanted people to mind there business y make the video viral?

Also, the Bible should offend you because it says that humanity, as much as we try to be our own gods or authority, we are created and dependent upon the Creator. The best thing we can do is acknowledge that and submit to God through Christ

  • @peonnetteable I'm sure you do find the Bible irrelevant and offensive. Ya know, its the book that say "Thou shalt not kill." and "Before I formed you in the womb I knew you".
