First off, thanks for giving a first-person perspective on this issue. Just watching this, I became anxious for the person being escorted. There also so many protestors there. The protestors didn't do anything overt, but they were staring her down, and saying things that were being drowned out by the escorters. The camera may not have shown her full field of view or recorded all audio. For anyone already anxious, this situation is nerve-racking.
This makes me so thankful that I live in a part of the country where this garbage does not happen. I have seen only one Planned Parenthood protest and they only had a handful of attendees.

haha i love that escorts post videos like this showing lifers calmly and gently attempting to persuade, then call it a 'riot' and 'verbal assault.' it makes the escorts appear silly and irrational. i have no problem believing that the escorts are convinced that they are actually loving and right, but after going downtown on a few saturday mornings i've never seen people so angry. they're the westboro of the left.

Abortion is too important a woman's health issue to *not* be fully informed upon. Abortion clinics fight very hard to make sure that women are not fully informed about abortion. Women do not get full information in the clinics, I know this personally and countless others attest to this. This is why they have to "talk nonsense" to make sure the women walking into their clinics do not get any more information then they want them to have. A fully informed choice is rarely a choice for abortion.

It is not correct to call an abortionist a doctor. Doctors cultivate the health of the human body. They do not exterminate humans.
Fertility is a natural process. Fertility means that you sexual anatomy is functioning in an ordered way. Pregnancy occurs when an act of sex functions the way that nature designed.
Abortion really does force a person to cultivate ignorance of biological facts in order to live with the decision to exterminate another human. It's a complete tragedy.

A fetus is not a child, you fucking inhuman assholes. A woman, however, is a woman; would have dead women over malformed or dead babies? Many abortion cases occur when the fetus is malformed to the point that it will not be alive when born and will kill the mother at birth. What's pro-life then: killing a mother just so your black-and-white worldview can be upheld, or removed a lifeless blob of tissue to save the life of a living, feeling woman?
I wish there were pro-lifers talking to me about abortion. My little girl would be here today. Women are herded like cattle at abortion clinics by the staff. I returned a week later to the abortion clinic because of regret. They herded me quickly out the door and never followed up with the promised counseling. I lived with pain and regret for years until I tried to commit suicide twice. It was pro-lifers that reached out and provided the much-needed counseling I needed.

I am grieved that your friend chose to end the life of her child. If she needs any post abortive counseling to deal with her grief then AWC offers free counseling in that area. I am not sure though why anything that was said by a protester would be labeled as "verbal assault." I actually found everything the sidewalk counselor said to be very empathetic and non judgmental. I think maybe reading what Romans 2:14-16 would be a helpful read for what is happening here.
@jcoll116 If you actually watched the video, you would understand that this was a project. The woman did not have any procedure. Mind your own business, and keep your Bible to yourself. Many of us find the Bible offensive and irrelevant.

Healthy women recognize that their fertility isn't a disease and that pregnancy means that an act of sex did what it is designed to do.
But if you keep brainwashing women into thinking that their value revolves around how sexy they are then abortion is a logical horrible byproduct.
