"Bleach: Memories of Nobody" and "Bleach: The Diamond Dust Rebellion" are out in english now... I highly recommend both of them to any bleach fan although I thought the second movie was better... Cool AMV btw.
Everyone's entitled to their opinion. I'm not a huge Hitsaguya fan so the second wasn't too much to my liking. I love the first 'cause it shows a bit of Jushiro and Shunsui fighting, but mostly because I love Ichigo's Bankai. I think his over-use of it in the latest couple dozen chapters has diminished it's value though. I loved his bankai when the speed was so overwhelming that the fight became easy for him.
