Eisner is gone, he made a terrible mistake to take out Country Bear Jamboree From Disneyland and put in Winnie the Pooh ride. Also Iger is alot better than Eisner. For all shows and parades, they get approved from the VP of Parades and Show's. Right Now Disneyland is Dealing with the Biggest Screw up that Eisner did, when they got Rid of Walt Disney's Parade of dreams.

god i miss Michael Eisner. He truly knew how to run the company. Now who ever is the president of the company does not do the parks a justice. I loved this parade, its my favorite, its strange that i can remember this because i was only 5 then.

1) suggested making all those horrid dtv sequels to the classic films?

2) forced the Disney animation studios to abandon the hand-drawn style just to be more "hip" and "modern" with CGI?

3) treated Roy E. Disney like "some other guy" rather than an actual living relative to the man who started it all?

you're right, idk things just seemed to get done (at least with the parks) with Eisner its probably just because who ever is running wdw right now isn't doing that great can I say Stitch's Supersonic Celebration

Thank you for naming the Devil's Spawn behind the lame Disney sequals! There were a very, very, VERY few good ones (like Toy Story 2, Little Mermaid 2, and Peter Pan 2), but the latter of the very, very, VERY few good sequals had some iffy moments and the rest were nothing short of torture! And what idiot in their right mind would go along with removing hand-drawn animation from Disney? That's how the whole empire got STARTED!!! It's like taking the instruments from an orchestra!

The only sequels I found good from Disney were "Toy Story 2"(naturally), "Fantasia 2000"(actually, Walt wanted "Fantasia" to be an annual series at the time from what I heard), "Lion King: Simba's Pride", and I guess "Return to Neverland"(they definitely treated Hook properly in that one, the worst thing about sequels is that the characters aren't themselves but Hook hadn't changed in this one).

Fantasia 2000 was cool, and no one can deny the amazingness that is Toy Story 2! But Lion King 2 . . . I liked the music, and the whole Romeo/Juliet thing, but there were a few moments that could've been a little better, mostly towards the end. And Return to Neverland was like Peter Pan for a new generation. Pretty much everything else (Hunchback of Notre Dame 2, the Cinderella sequals, Jungle Book 2, etc) is the kind of stuff that should be used for terrorist interrogations!!

Actually, I'd donate all those sequels to the nearest dark harem where Satan worshipers could watch them freely without any concern for Walt's animated legacy.

Nah; giving them to Satan worshippers might lead to their being released to the masses again. But using them as torture methods will have them out of the market faster than you can say "Stop! I'll talk!"

The only float I remember is the one with Pocahontas and Pooh and Tigger and Eeyore ROFL! I was only 1, don't blame me.... and I also remember the song and the castle being a cake!
