I don't agree on the definitions. However if we go by your definition, I would be an unbeliever. So to translate my terminology, when I say "atheist", I mean the same thing you do when you say "unbeliever". So make that substitution, kind of like you do when translating to English.

How the world is controlled? That sounds like part of a conspiracy theory. I'll believe you if you have empirical evidence and/or a logical argument. It depends on what you mean by "believe in democracy". I think the idea is good, though there are some big problems too. I don't really think the US government is really democratic anymore. I think the "Iron Law of Oligarchy" is more what we are dealing with.

Atheism as a movement is a religion. But a person who calls himself an atheist is not necessarily religious.
I am an infidel or unbeliever. I am not an atheist. I have a lack of belief in atheism.
