Totally agree ... child support has made me a slave! Never, any month had I ever been late paying my slave masters for the my kid, but never have I had respect ... the system abuses the men they can for the ones they cannot.

When will the women of America demand fathers to be imprisoned in GITMO for not paying support? I had never missed a payment and provided medical benefits, but I am still treated like a criminal when daling with dshs ... why is this?
You are absolutely right on the money! The system is bias. You have to go through the system to understand how horrible it is. Reform is definitely needed.

The state of Texas provides the Attorney for Kara, takes my money, i can't afford to live, there is no way that i can hird an attorney. I was hospitalized, my pay check went to child support, because of the sick time was used up, now i'm bankrupt and out of a house.
I pay child support for a child that I don't see, because his mother is the costodial parent. She knows that she can get the money and not allow me to have visitation, its all written there, just because i don't have visitation, don't mean that i can stop paying, i carry insurance that she says that i'm stupid to carry, because she won't ever use it, but i have to, because its the Law. She brags that when my pay goes up, so will hers

1. violation of due process under the 4th, 5th and 14th Amendments
2. deprives equal protection under the law
3. violation of state sovereignty under the 10th Amendment
