the way to get agency heavy drop transport is to land on top of it when useing a parachute by getting extracted to a safe house with a heilcopter get in and get right on top get out open the parachute it is hard to do but i have done it but i have not loaded a vid of so pics of the heilcopter ater i got it but i will some time
